Speakers
 
Ms. Susan Bloch is Head of Thought Leadership and the Assessment Practice. She is a member of the Management Team and the French Board in the Whitehead Mann Group. Susan conducts Board reviews, coaches senior Executives and assists organisations to build leadership capability and effective top teams to ensure strategic advantage. Prior to consultancy, Susan worked at ITT Sheraton for 10 years in Human Resource. Susan is a Chartered Psychologist.
 
Mr. Shankaralinge Gowda, the secretary Information Technology, Bio-technology, Science & Technology, Government of Karnataka is the son of Shri. Kempegowda. He had mastered in English Literature and entered Indian Administrative Service. He has been very successful in his career as an administrative officer. He has worked in various capacities in Government departments and organizations.
 
Mr. Ashok Kumar Saxena, Managing Director of HAL, is a qualified Mechanical Engineer. In these 36 years, of his career, his professional accomplishments helped him to elevate in his career ladder. His expertise in his field and able guidance came a great way in cost effective and speedy construction of MIG-27. He provided HR direction to his company. After taking over as Managing Director of HAL, HAL excelled in all fronts making the standards feel inferior. His excellence brought him laurels winning many top awards.
Mr. C Mahalingam (Mali), Sr. Vice President HR, Symphony, has more than 23 years experience in the field of Human Resources and has held senior executive positions with leading organizations. Prior to joining Symphony Services, Mali led HR for the India operations of IBM and Hewlett-Packard as well as Philips Software Center. Mali is currently the President of the IT Industry HR Association, Bangalore and is on the National HR Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry, New Delhi.
 

Mr. Bijay Sahoo is currently the President HR for Reliance Retail Business. Prior to joining Reliance, Bijay was Vice President and Global HR Head for Wipro Technologies and Principal Consultant – HRM with Price Water House Coopers, Mumbai. Some of the distinguished positions held by him globally are: Advisory Council Member of Global Equity Organization, Washington, Member of World at Work, USA, and International C&B Council member of Conference Board, USA.

Bijay has been one of the most well received speakers in many international forums in USA, Europe and Asia. He specializes in Talent Engagement and Development strategies including Compensation and Benefits strategies. He has represented in the advisory board of the "Talent Management Conference organized by Conference Board at New York . He is also the founder member and part of the expert group of American Management Association's HR Council, Asia.

Mr. Ranjan Acharya, is currently Sr. Vice President, Corporate Human Resources Development for the Wipro Corporation. His responsibilities include management training for Wipro Corporation, development processes such as Competency Modeling, People Capability Maturity Model (PCMM). He is also Convener of Wipro Leadership Development Council.
 

Dr. C Manohar, M.Com., MBA, ACS, Ph.D., is currently the Director of MBA Programmes at Adarsh College, Bangalore. Country Director of CM Academy for India and Singapore, he is a Consultant and Trainer of repute, with over three decades of rich experience in industry, government, b-schools, industry associations, United Nations development programme and consulting companies. He brings a fine combination of academic knowledge with practical realities of business. Coaching and capacity building, Chamber management, SME development, international business and networking are key areas of his strength.
